As a painter, I spend a significant amount of time studying light conditions and atmosphere and its effect on the landscape. One cannot deny these changing conditions that one sees with their own eyes—light is hotter and more dramatic, chroma is increasingly more intense, and depth of field is altered due to particulants in the air. This body of current work explores these observations.
